I'm not a fan of brioche, but wanted to give this a try for my 4year old.....so I looked at traditional recipes and tweeked to make it keto 👍
175g almond powder (8.575g Tcarbs)
5g psyllium husk (trace)
1 sachet (10g) baking powder (2.8g)
125g soft butter (0g)
75ml heavy cream (2.475g)
3 eggs (1.5g)
4-5 twists pink salt (0g)
*optional (I'm sweetener free, but this is for my daughter).... 75ml skinny maple syrup - if you're also sweetener free, swap the syrup for a vanilla pod (trace).
Mix everything in a bowl and scoop into a brioche/bread tin.
Cook at 190℃ for 25-30 mins.
Once cooked, the brioche weighs approx 600g. The entire loaf is 15.35g total carbs, coming in at 3.83g total carbs per 100, or 1.92g per serving 🤗
