Cheese puffs, 0g carbs!

 My oh my!  Cheesy, crunchy yumminess!

Take your favorite hard cheese (parmesan, cheddar, etc). Cut into small cubes, leave to dry on kitchen paper for 24-72 hours.

Once dry, heat your oven as high as it will go (I popped mine onto grill, 285℃), when hot, place the cubes onto a baking tray and into the oven for 1-2 mins.  Dry on kitchen roll and enjoy.... I can't advise how to store them as they don't last that long lol, I'd guess in an airtight container in a dark/cool cupboard (if I get round to saving them instead of scoffing them, I'll update).
