Chocolate fudge, 0.3g total carbs per piece!




Here's the perfect keto treat for the most novice of cooks!

Only 2 ingredients:
15 squares of Lindt 99% Excellence (2.96g)
100ml coconut cream (1.9g)

In a bowl, break the choc squares into small pieces. Microwave on low until they start melting (check every 5-10 seconds, choc goes wrong quickly in the microwave).


Once the choc is starting to melt remove from the microwave and stir, the excess heat should be enough for it to continue melting. If not, give another 5-10 seconds.

Stir in the coconut cream with a spatula, keep stirring until it thickens like a good custard.

Spoon into a chocolate mold (or into a tin if you don't have a mold - you can slice later).
Refrigerate, ideally overnight, enjoy!
*edit - best to stay in the fridge for 2 nights, really helps it firm up so it can pop out 😉
