The last supper.... 😝

Today I start a 2w challenge set by one of the keto groups I'm in online, the biggest part of the challenge - no dairy 😱😱😱😱
So, yesterday I made sure I ate well 😄

Brunch was keto cheddar loaf (couple of slices), bacon, cheesy scrambled eggs and browned buttered mushrooms in cream (hubby had hotdogs too), oh my, it was delicious!




Then in the evening I made some bread rolls from TDR, stacked them with double beef burgers, raclette cheese, sliced gherkins, low carb guacamole, shredded spring onions and garlic butter....I served them with celeriac, herby oven roasted chips and some greenery.
Followed by.... a DOUBLE serving of raspberry cheesecake!
Just typing this is making me hungry (48h fast.....I hope!).
