Double choc keto bars, 2.4g carbs per slice, or 1.2g carbs if sliced into bites (photo).




Little change to the keto bars, hub is loving my chocolate creations at the mo....

Ingredients;
160g butter, melted (zero carbs)
200g almond powder (9.8g carbs)
2 eggs (1.2g carbs)
50g chopped/flaked almonds (2.5g carbs)
25g strong cocoa (1.74g carbs)
50g Lindt 99% excellence (4g carbs)

Mix the butter, eggs, cocoa and flaked/chopped nuts in a bowl.
Stir in the almond powder.
*optional, add 4-5 twists of Himalayan salt.
Spoon into a square 20x20cm tin.
Bake at 190℃ for 25 mins.
Remove from oven, add the Lindt squares. Put back into the warm oven for 2-3 mins allowing the squares to melt.
Spread the choc.
Leave to cool, cut into 8 or 16 and enjoy!
