Brownie bite squares, 1.15g carbs each.



After running out of my usual ingredients for keto bars, and it being a Sunday afternoon in France - shops are shut....I've had to come up with a quick snack recipe with the ingredients I have.

Ingredients;
160g butter (zero carbs)
140g cream cheese (4.2g carbs)
160g almond powder (7.84g carbs)
20g psyllium husk (trace)
25g cocoa (2.17g carbs)
3 eggs (1.8g carbs)
50g crushed/chopped almonds (2.47g carbs)
1 vanilla pod/seeds (trace)

20cm square tin, makes 16 bites.
Total 18.48g, and 1.15g carbs per bite.

Melt the butter, mix in the cream cheese and eggs, then stir in the remaining ingredients.
Spoon into your baking tin and cook at 180℃ for 20-25 mins.
Allow to cool (best served after an hour or more in the fridge) slice in 16 and enjoy!
*I like to give mine a twist of himalayan salt before slicing ;)
