I'm not a breakfast person , a black coffee and 20g almonds is more than enough (ok, maybe I'll have another coffee or two lol). Total carbs in 20g almonds = 1.14g!
Lunch was salmon on a bed of lambs lettuce, with some cheddar and 2 small gherkins.
Salmon (cooked in butter) = zero carbs.
Cheddar = zero carbs.
20g of lambs lettuce (3.6g per 100) = 0.72g carbs.
16g gherkins (0.7 per 100) = 0.11g
Totals carbs by 2pm = 1.97g 🤗💪
