Basic pancake/crêpe batter, 1 litre of batter 13.8g total carbs.


This was a huge success this morning, I was keen on finding a keto breakfast that my toddler would love - her fav dish is crêpes with cheese and egg....

Ingrédients (makes approx 1 litre)
400ml sugar free almond milk (zero)
8 eggs (4g carbs)
200g almond powder/flour (9.8g carbs)

All ingredients go into a blender (or into a jug with hand blender), whizz until smooth.
Depending on the size of your pan and your tossing skills, each pancake will need 50 - 150ml of batter (0.69 - 2.07g total carbs).

* you could add vanilla if you prefer sweet crêpes or a spoon of parmesan for savoury.

Cook as you would à traditional crêpe/pancake, I did mine in lots of butter. 
Toss gently (with the help of a spatula) as they are a little more delicate without gluten.

Add topping of your choice, enjoy!
