Lasagna, carnivore style, LESS than 1g carbs per portion!

Last night I made a carnivore lasagna (meat, cheese & cream), and I have to say, it was delish!

Ingredients (6 regular portions or 8 smaller portions - the fat content means you can opt for a smaller serving and still be satisfied);

600g minced beef (go to your butcher, fresh mince with no additives should be zero carbs).
600g raclette cheese, sliced (zero carbs)
150gml cream (5.1g carbs)
Ham slices (number needed depends on how many layers you like - should be trace carbs).

Simply cook the mince in a large pan, once cooked add the 150ml cream.
Layer the mince, ham, cheese, mince, ham, cheese, etc. The final layer should be cheese.







Pop in the oven at 190-200℃ for 45 mins.
Allow to cool for 5 mins and serve.
