Ingredients ;
100g butter (zero)
120g almond powder (5.88g carbs)
1 vanilla pod (trace)
25ml heavy cream (0.85g carbs)
20g cacao (1.74g carbs)
35g coconut oil, melted (zero)
500g mascarpone (15g carbs)
2 eggs (1.2g carbs)
Total carbs 24.67
8 portions = 3.08g carbs
10 portions = 2.46g carbs
Melt the butter, mix in the almond powder and seeds from the vanilla pod.
Flatten into a 20cm tin.
Melt the coconut oil, mix in the cacao and cream. It might become quite dry/stiff, so mix in the eggs and finally the mascarpone.
Bake at 180℃ for 40-45 mins.
Refrigerate overnight, or at least 8h.
Remove from tin and enjoy!
Next time I'm going to try either a mint flavoring or orange - both choc 😊😛
