Pizza, less than 3.2g carbs each - made with cheddar loaf mix.


Ingredients - for base x4;
8 eggs, 4.8g carbs
160g almond powder/flour, 7.84g carbs
80-90g fat (butter or coconut oil), zero carbs
200g grated cheese, zero/trace carbs
pinch or two of seasonings (dried herbs or shallot powder, etc), trace carbs

Ingredients - topping;
Tapenade (olive paste), trace carbs
Selection of cheeses, (go for as close to zero carb as possible), trace carbs
Sliced sausage or salami, trace carbs
Chopped black olives (check the packet, carb levels vary), zero carbs


Mix the base ingredients together, divide into 4 and spoon into a 20cm round tin/pan.
Cook at 190℃ for 15 mins or until firm.


Remove from oven, allow to cool for a minute or two. Spread some tapenade over the base, top with your selection of meats and cheeses, sprinkle over the olives.

Place under a low/medium grill until melted and golden.
Enjoy - some keto pizza bases can be crumbly/delicate, but this base is firm enough to slice and eat just like a 'regular pizza'. You can also adjust how much base mix you use and make it deep pan (adjust your carbs according to how much you use) 😋
